The vaccine rollout is starting to improve and we expect significant additional progress to be made over the next few months. New state vaccination sites are opening and the recent launch of the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program has begun the initial phase of vaccine availability at some CVS and Walgreens locations in New York State.
The FDA has granted an Emergency Use Authorization for the Johnson & Johnson single dose vaccine. The J&J vaccine is not an MRNA vaccine like Pfizer and Moderna produced, and does not need to be stored at extreme cold temperatures. Learn more about J&J Vaccine
HealthBridge does not yet have vaccine supply. With the J&J vaccine now approved, supply should improve to both established vaccination sites as well as to approved future sites (like HealthBridge). We will absolutely notify our patients at that time.
However, if you are in an eligible group [check eligible groups here] to be vaccinated, we highly encourage you to check the following resources and not wait for our office to administer vaccines.
