Dr. Lanman has been a part of HealthBridge since 2015 and is a consistent winner of the peer-voted Castle Connolly Top Doctors award. Prior to joining HealthBridge, she established the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Long Island Jewish’ Parker Institute, served as Medical Director of the LIJ Home Care program, and served as Medical Director of the Home Hospice Program.
